Proposed Three Rivers Short-Term Rental Ordinance

How to provide feedback

On 24 October 2023 at its 9am meeting, the Tulare County Board of Supervisors will hear an agenda item pertaining to short-term rentals in Three Rivers. Stakeholders may provide feedback at the meeting. If, however, stakeholders cannot attend, they may submit feedback via email. Because the agenda has not yet been finalized, the process for providing feedback in the short-term differs from the process for providing feedback after finalization of the agenda.

Before agenda finalization on Thursday 19 October:

• Carefully read the draft agenda item at https://3rtogether.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Draft-BOS-AI-STR.pdf to help ensure that your comments are pertinent.
• Make the following your email subject line: Public Comment – Three Rivers Short Term Rentals
• Send the email with your comments to ClerkoftheBoard@tularecounty.ca.gov.

After agenda finalization on Thursday 19 October:

• Carefully read the final agenda item at https://tularecounty.ca.gov/board/board-of-supervisors-meetings/ to help ensure that your comments are pertinent.
• Note the agenda item number so that you can insert it into your subject line.
• Make the following your email subject line: Public Comment – #[agenda item number]
• Send the email with your comments to ClerkoftheBoard@tularecounty.ca.gov.

Your email will be given to the Board of Supervisors and added to the official record.
