Tulare County Library’s annual Winter Reading Challenge: Stories Under the Stars runs from Tuesday, January 2, 2024, through Wednesday, January 31, 2024. The Challenge is for all ages, languages, and reading levels. Children ages 0-5 years are encouraged to read 10 books this winter by themselves or with a parent. Everyone else, Kids, Teens, and Adults, are encouraged to read 10 days or more.

On September 12, 2023 the Tulare County Library will begin offering expanded hours. This is another step in responding to our communities’ request for library services and additional hours. The Three Rivers Branch Library will be open until 7pm on Thursday.
Swing by the Three Rivers Library Book Sale this coming Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM at the library! All proceeds benefit the Three Rivers Library.
