AT&T Credit for Three Rivers
We understand how important it is for our customers to stay connected and AT&T is committed to providing our customers with high-quality, uninterrupted service.
Related to the outages in the Three Rivers community over the past year, we will be offering impacted AT&T wireless customers a service credit. We’ve created a one-time specialized process with a specific toll-free number for the AT&T wireless customers who were impacted by these outages to call and request a service credit.
Beginning April 10, 2023, and through June 1, 2023, AT&T wireless customers can call 877-910-0534 to speak with trained customer service experts to request a service credit. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm PT and Saturday-Sunday9:00am-6:00pm PT. Customers should have their AT&T account information available when they call.
These customers’ accounts have been noted and the customer service experts staffing this toll-free number have been trained on the process for issuing service credits based on these outages. Service credits could take up to 2-3 billing cycles to appear on a customer’s monthly statement.
