Summary:

• 198 Highway will never be fully closed. It will be no longer than 10 minute delays during the work passing through controlled one lane. The maximum expected on any single day is 2 at a time. 
• The goal is to finish all the culverts before rains, approximate pace of 1 per day, 4 per week, and then road repair one day per week (but may repair road as they go, TBD). 
• The main concern and reason for the outreach is that there are some unexpected water and electrical lines passing through some culverts. The ones of concern are listed in the attachment. If they affect you, they would like you to contact them so they can keep you up to date on the schedule and give you notice.
