A Message from Tulare County to Three Rivers regarding South Fork Bridge:  

Be advised, county officials are aware of the situation in the South Fork area of Three Rivers with the limited access east of Heidi Dr. The bridge at this time is impassable.  Weather permitting, county road crews will be on site at the bridge tomorrow morning (January 11) working to clear the bridge to make it passable and to resume accessibility to the area.  

In the meantime, officials advise residents to continue to shelter in place. If a life threatening emergency does occur, please call 911.
