Grant Tree Road is Closed Due to Impacts from Ongoing Winter Storm

Trailhead to General Grant Tree Inaccessible

The Grant Tree Road is  currently closed due to impacts from the ongoing winter storm.  The trailhead for the General Grant Tree is no longer accessible due to heavy snow accumulation from the ongoing winter storm.

The Generals Highway remains closed north of Hospital Rock. It is not possible to reach Giant Forest.
