SEQUOIA AND KINGS CANYON NATIONAL PARKS, Calif - On July 27-28, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks will celebrate Buffalo Soldiers Day with special programs and a tree renaming ceremony commemorating the posthumous promotion and legacy of Brigadier General Charles Young.
