On Saturday January 6th beginning at 10 am at the playground behind the library the Three Rivers Play Group will be spreading bark and refilling the sand box and are looking for able bodies who want to kick off their New Year fitness ;) to come help for a couple hours. Friday, May 24 from 10am to noon at the Library Playground: Bring clean and usable clothing, outdoor gear, toys, books (for babies to age 5) Take home the next size up for your kids, and new toys and books too!  Leftover gear will be donated after the event (Visalia area organizations) Snacks provided, stay and play for a while!

Volunteer Opportunity September 28 Help Clean Up Lodgepole Campground National Public Lands Day (NPLD) is a huge volunteer effort that takes place every September. This year we will be helping with campground cleanup in Lodgepole Campground. Primarily, we will be repairing fire rings by shoveling ash, removing debris and trash, and rebuilding rings as needed.  The event will take place on September 28 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Lodgepole Campground in Sequoia National Park.  Sign-up is required.
