Who are we?

Simply put, you.

Three Rivers, CA. 12 January 2023

This website and announcement and alert service is the outcome of a collaboration between community organizations and individual volunteers who recognized the need for a common communication system that does not rely entirely on Facebook.

The organizations that are actively involved currently include the Community Services District, the Chamber of Commerce, the Fire Safe Council, and Aging in Community. We are hoping to include all the organizations that contribute to the well being of all who live, work, or own property in Three Rivers.

The organizations and individual volunteers are collaborating with Tulare County, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, CalFire, CalTrans, the Bureau of Land Management, the Army Corps of Engineers, and others in an effort to provide timely information updates to the community via email and website posts.

This service is NOT intended to replace the communications mechanisms already in use by the Three Rivers  community organizations and the government organizations with which we are collaborating. Instead, it is intended to provide a centralized way to distribute information.

Most importantly, this service DOES NOT replace AlertTC. If you haven’t already, we strongly encourage you to register to receive alerts in the event of emergencies and other time-sensitive situations.
